Noticed Something on Your Racket? Read This First

Padel rackets are not manufactured by machines like phones or electronics. They go through multiple handcrafted stages — from layering carbon fiber, to painting, to applying stickers — all done by human hands.

Because of this, minor visual variations can appear on the racket's surface. These are known as Imperfections. They are completely normal and expected, and have passed the brand's factory quality checks before reaching you.

✅ Normal Imperfections — Nothing to Worry About

  • Slight variation in paint or logo placement
  • Minor marks on the carbon surface
  • Labels that aren't perfectly aligned
  • Small differences along the edges or frame

These do not affect the racket's performance or quality in any way.

❌ Actual Defects — Contact Us Immediately

  • A crack or break in the frame
  • A hollow sound or bulge on the racket face
  • A scratch that penetrates through the carbon layer
  • A visibly twisted or deformed handle
