Return & Exchange Policy - Padel Outlet
Allowed Time Period
24 hours only from the date of receiving the product to request an exchange or return. After this period, no exchange or return requests will be accepted whatsoever.
Basic Conditions (Apply to both Exchange and Return)
- Accepted conditions:Product is in its original condition completely
- Original packaging is intact and unopened
- Product has not been used or tried (shoes may only be tried on for size verification, but not worn or used for running)
- All labels and tags are present
- No signs of use or damage
Exchange/Return NOT accepted in the following cases:
- Personal items: T-shirts, socks
- Used products: Rackets sold as used
- Opened packaging: Any product with opened packaging
- Damage: Products with signs of use or damage
- Misuse: Defects resulting from improper handling
Exchange Policy
- The new product must be available in stock
Exchange Costs:
- Within Saudi Arabia: 35 shipping cost
- Outside Saudi Arabia: Customer bears full shipping costs both ways and any other expenses
Return Policy
Return Process:
- Inspection First: Refund will not be processed until the product arrives and is inspected at the warehouse
- Inspection Period: 3-7 business days after the product arrives at the warehouse
- Refund: Shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount
Deducted Costs:
- Within Saudi Arabia: 35
- Outside Saudi Arabia: Full shipping cost
In Case of Damage:
If damage or signs of use are found:
- Customer will be notified of discovered damages
- Customer will be given a choice between:
- Receiving the product back (customer bears shipping cost)
- Accepting deduction of damage value from the refunded amount (as determined by Padel Outlet management)
️ Exceptional Cases
We cover shipping costs in the following cases only:
- Shipping Error: Sending wrong product
- Manufacturing Defect: Clear manufacturing defects affecting product performance or functionality
- Damage During Shipping: Damage resulting from mishandling by shipping company
Request Steps
For Exchange or Return:
- Contact Immediately: Within 24 hours via WhatsApp
- Provide Information: Order number, reason for exchange/return, product photos
- Approval: Wait for customer service approval
- Packaging: Repack the product as it arrived
- Shipping: Send the product via the designated shipping company according to coordination approved by Padel Outlet customer service
⚠️ Important Notes
- Inspection Upon Delivery: It is recommended to inspect the product immediately upon delivery and before opening the product
- Documentation: Take photos of the product in case of problems and do not open the product if damage is clearly visible
- Early Communication: Do not delay in submitting the request
