At Padel Outlet, part of every order comes back to you as wallet credit you can spend on your next order. This page explains how cashback works and the rules that apply.
How you earn cashback
- You earn 5% cashback on every order, capped at 50 per order.
- Cashback is calculated on the amount actually paid after any coupon or discount, and excludes shipping fees.
- The portion of an order paid from your wallet balance does not earn cashback; only the portion paid by other payment methods counts.
- Gift cards and vouchers do not earn cashback.
- Cashback is available on orders placed through the online store and app by customers with a registered account.
When the credit is added
- Cashback is added to your wallet after you receive your order, i.e. when the order status changes to "Delivered" in our system.
- It may take up to 24 hours after the status update for the credit to appear in your wallet.
- You can check your balance from your account page under "Wallet".
Validity
- Cashback credit is valid for 6 months from the date it is added to your wallet.
- Any credit not used within this period expires automatically and cannot be extended or restored.
- Each credit has its own expiry date, and the oldest credit is used first.
How to use your balance
- Select "Customer Wallet" as a payment method at checkout. You can use all or part of your balance.
- Wallet balance can be combined with a discount code on the same order.
- Free shipping is calculated on the cart value after discounts and before the wallet balance is applied.
Cancellations and returns
- If the original order is cancelled, or any of its items are returned in full or in part, the cashback earned from that order is deducted from your wallet balance.
- If the balance has already been used or is insufficient, the amount is deducted from the refund due to you.
- When an order partly paid from the wallet is returned, the wallet portion is refunded back to the wallet, not in cash.
General terms
- Wallet balance has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, converted to cash, moved to another account, or transferred between customers.
- Cashback is for the personal use of the account holder only.
- The store may cancel or deduct any balance resulting from a technical error, misuse, multiple accounts, or any fraudulent behaviour.
- If an account is deleted, any remaining balance is forfeited.
- The store may change the cashback rate, cap, or validity period, or end the programme at any time. Credit added before any change remains valid until its original expiry date.
- Padel Outlet management reserves the right to interpret and handle any cases not covered by this policy.
